Epiphany: May I help you?

Nadine: I'm Nadine Crowell. My sister, Jolene, is in the ICU?

Spinelli: Whoa! Uh -- the falsely fair one has a sinister sister?

Nikolas: I'm -- I'm sorry. Is there -- is there a problem here?

Spinelli: Most certainly. If the seemingly sweet one is actually related to the angel of death, Jolene, she -- she may be as equally lethal.

Nadine: I just want to visit my sister.

Epiphany: Your sister sabotaged this hospital, and deliberately caused patients' deaths. So don't expect a warm welcome from the staff.

Nikolas: Wait -- apologize to her.

Nikolas: This very pleasant woman would just like to visit her sister, and I don't like the way that you're treating her.

Spinelli: Okay, don't judge a game by its light fort.

Nikolas: Whatever. Nurse Johnson, as a staff member here at this hospital, I expect you to have more compassion for anyone who would want to visit a relative in I.C.U.

Epiphany: I have nothing but compassion for you, if Jolene Crowell really is your sister. She sabotaged this hospital to pave the way for Medcam's takeover. My patients suffered, and some died -- on my watch.

Nadine: The police explained about the charges against Jolene. I still can't believe she did any of those things.

Spinelli: Okay, the falsely -- the falsely fair one claimed to be distraught over her father's untimely death in a hospital environment.

Nadine: Our father died during a routine procedure -- it was tough on the whole family. But Jolene would never hurt, much less kill, anyone.

Spinelli: The seemingly sweet one appears to be most thoughtful and kind, but so did her sinister sibling.

Nikolas: Well, the increasingly angry major benefactor thinks that the Jackal is being rude and out of line.

Nikolas: I am well aware that Medcam paid Jolene Crowell to sabotage patient care in efforts to undermine this hospital. However, being someone who has more than just a few dubious relatives, I find it unacceptable to condemn Nadine here for something her sister allegedly may have done. And as for you, given your current employer, you're in no position to criticize or pass judgment on anything.

Spinelli: Okay, the slightly battered princely one may be correct in a strictly philosophical view, but had you been here and actually witnessed the -- the mayhem and loss caused by the falsely fair Jolene, you would not be so quick to defend her sister.

Nadine: I don't care what Jolene is supposed to have done, I just want to see her.

Epiphany: Family can visit the I.C.U. at any time.

Spinelli: Given that one cannot auto-select one's relatives, the -- the Jackal would be willing to escort you to the room where your sinister sibling lies comatose.

Nadine: "The Jackal"?

Spinelli: Oh, yeah, I -- I am he.

Nadine: Your name is "Jackal"?

Spinelli: No, actually, "The -- The Jackal." See, I'm the assassin of the internet, I own cyberspace.

Epiphany: Do you need to see a doctor, Mr. Cassadine?

Emily: Lainey didn't tell me you got hurt.

Emily: I heard about what happened at the police station. You were very brave. Not to criticize a hero or anything, but maybe next time you could leave the restraining of the prisoner to the cops.

Nikolas: What -- what am I supposed to have done?

Emily: What, you don't remember?

Nikolas: No. I spoke with Lucky at the P.C.P.D., paid the fine for the misdemeanor charge that Scott filed. Next thing I know, I'm walking down the street with blood on my hands.

Emily: A prisoner got loose the squad room. He was out of control; he was on drugs.

Nikolas: Lainey told you this?

Emily: Yeah, she was there visiting someone. She said that he went after the gun, and then you attacked him and you threw him down on the floor.

Nikolas: Well, I'm a hero, then. It can't be that bad.

Emily: Yeah, Lainey was concerned about the level of violence on your part.

Nikolas: Well, is a little unsettling that I don't remember, but at least I did something good this time.

Emily: I'm going to page Robin and Patrick and order a full neurological workup, Nikolas.

Nikolas: No, no, no -- no, I've already had all the blood work done, along with a battery of all kinds of other tests, they didn't find anything. So whatever's wrong --

Emily: You have gaps in your memory; you have fights that you don't remember. Your violence is escalating --

Nikolas: It's my problem and I'll deal with it. So why don't you support me for once, instead of trying to control every damn thing in my life?

Elizabeth: Hey.

Emily: Hey. I didn't expect you back so soon.

Elizabeth: Behar wants me to assist in surgery; I need to review the chart -- which I think you have. This is Mr. Adams?

Emily: Mm-hmm.

Elizabeth: Thanks. You okay?

Emily: Yeah, I just worry too much, that's all.

Elizabeth: Nikolas?

Emily: Mm-hmm. Just more of the same, really. He's been volatile and moody. I'm sure we're going to get through it. How was your meeting with Diane?

Elizabeth: Well, you were right -- about bringing lawyers into the divorce. I'm afraid things are going to get ugly.

EMT: We got a male, found stabbed down off of Third Street. BP's 85/45 and falling.

Nurse: The attending won't answer his page.

Leo: Okay, I'll take it. Get me some nurses.

Nurse: Everyone's already assigned.

Nadine: I'm an R.N.

Leo: All right. Well, let's go, then. Trauma one.

Emily: Hey, I got a call. You need help?

Leo: Yeah, this guy's been stabbed, massive blood loss. His BP's dropping. Can I see your stethoscope?

Emily: Yeah.

Leo: Thank you.

Emily: Oh, my God.
