Nikolas: You're here.
Emily: That's stating the obvious.
Nikolas: No, I mean, I -- I thought that I would only see you at the house, but I guess you followed me here.
Emily: Well, I'm not sure I followed you here, but I know I wanted to be here.
Nikolas: The real question is, how can you be anywhere if you're dead?
Emily: I love being here -- I always have.
Epiphany: Can I help you, Mr. Cassadine?
Nikolas: Um -- yes, yes. Dr. Drake -- Patrick -- said that he left something here for me.
Epiphany: This must be a very difficult time for you.
Nikolas: Yes, yes, yes, it is.
Epiphany: We're all sorry for your loss. I know Emily will be missed by everyone here.
Emily: Thank you.
Nikolas: Thank you, thank you. I know that would mean a lot to her.
Epiphany: She knows. I bet she's looking down on you right now.
Emily: How sweet.
Nikolas: No. It's crazy. I -- I don't know. Maybe you're here because I want you with me when I got this news.
Emily: Is it good?
Nikolas: Patrick -- he got that appointment with Dr. Lippman, the specialist in Zurich, so --
Emily: God, Nikolas, that's wonderful. You're going to get diagnosed.
Nikolas: What do I tell him about you?
Nikolas: You're here.
Emily: Oh, Nikolas. Where else should I be?
Nikolas: Oh, God, I can still feel you -- like you're real.
Emily: Well, I know what I feel for you is real.
Nikolas: You know I can't tell anybody about this, this has to be a secret. If people find out, they'll -- they'll lock me up and you'll disappear from me.
Emily: Not if you want me there.
Nikolas: I wouldn't want you there, not like that.
Emily: What if we're not crazy? With everything that we don't understand about this world, what if it were real?
Nikolas: I want nothing more than for you to be real. But I know you can't be, because I saw you. I watched them take you away from me, and I'm the only one who can see you.
Emily: Nikolas, when was your last blackout?
Nikolas: I don't know, I haven't had one -- I don't understand -- they stopped.
Emily: You're going to see Dr. Lippman, okay? He's going to help you figure this out.
Nikolas: And what -- what am I supposed to say to him? That my happiest moments are with the woman I love, who happens to be dead?
Emily: Your doctor has to know all of the facts, okay? And with my limited medical experience, I would advise you to tell him everything, but as the woman you love, Nikolas, who loves you back, I don't want you to be declared insane because of me.
Nikolas: God. Being with you right now, it feels so natural, real.
Emily: I know, Nikolas. I know. For me, too. Nikolas, if I told you that I love you more than life itself, would that mean anything?
Nikolas: It'd mean everything. And whatever -- whatever this is, whatever -- whatever you are, I don't care, I just don't want you to go away. And if you did, I really would go insane.
