Emily: I came as soon as I got your message. What's wrong?

Nikolas: I need your help.

Emily: What can I do?

Nikolas: We need to find a way to convince Lucky to go to rehab. My brother's a drug addict, Emily. He needs professional help.

Emily: I agree, but Lucky has to make the decision for himself, Nikolas. If not, he's going to spend all of his time in rehab resenting us instead of facing his real problems.

Nikolas: I -- I have to do something.

Emily: Just be there when Lucky needs you. That's all you can really do for him -- or for Lulu and Alexis.

Alfred: This stops now.

Nikolas: I'm worried about Elizabeth. She's trying so hard to keep her family together. But she's -- she's just terrified that Lucky's going to have a relapse, and then she'll have to leave him.

Emily: Maybe losing Elizabeth is the wake-up call Lucky's going to need to kick this addiction.

Nikolas: Well, let's -- let's hope it doesn't come to that. I don't want Lucky to ruin his one chance at happiness. Regrets like that last forever.

Nikolas: Uh-uh.

Emily: It's, you know, the treatment facility at Shadybrook and they specialize in prescription drug addiction. They have this new method. Apparently, it's supposed to have a very high success rate, and they're known to be very discreet. I think it -- it might be the place for Lucky when he decides he's ready to get treatment.

Nikolas: Yeah, it -- it sounds perfect.

Emily: Okay. Well, if you have any questions, I can go with you. We can meet the counselors and take a tour.

Nikolas: Okay.

Alfred: Your job is to look after Mr. Cassadine's son, not to listen in on his private conversations.

Colleen: Nikolas wanted to give Spencer his evening bottle.

Alfred: Oh.

Colleen: I was about to go in when I saw that he had a guest.

Alfred: A guest that you object to Nikolas spending any time with.

Colleen: My only objection is that Spencer is waiting to be fed.

Alfred: Hmm.

Colleen: Who Nikolas chooses to socialize with is none of my concern.

Alfred: Mm-hmm.

Colleen: If you'll excuse me.

Alfred: I am well aware of your feelings for Mr. Cassadine. Find a way to control them, or I shall be forced to address the issue, which, no doubt, will result in your dismissal.

Alfred: Pardon the intrusion, sir. Your suit is pressed and hanging in the wardrobe upstairs -- for the mayor's charity cocktail party?

Nikolas: Oh. Right, the benefit for the downtown revitalization project. I almost forgot. What -- what time does it start?

Alfred: Half past 7:00, sir.

Emily: Oh. Well, you -- you don't have much time. I'll get out of your way.

Nikolas: No, no, no. You care to join me? I mean, that is, if you have no other plans?

Emily: I -- uh -- I don't think my jeans are going to meet the dress code.

Alfred: Ahem.

Nikolas: Uh --

Alfred: If I may, sir? I took the liberty, on the off chance Miss Emily might wish to attend the fundraiser, to have a cocktail dress and appropriate accessories sent over from the Quartermaines'.

Emily laughs.

Nikolas: What, you called Alice?

Alfred: She's delivering them herself. I expect her any moment.

Nikolas: Once again, I apologize for Alfred's presumptuous behavior, but I'm all out of excuses. Perhaps you'd like to offer one?

Alfred: Oh, certainly, sir.

Nikolas: We should get going.

Alfred: I'll call for the launch.

Nikolas: Yeah. It's not too late to change your mind.

Emily: You mean you'd rather go alone?

Nikolas: Not at all.

Glass shatters.

Nikolas: Alfred --

Emily: Alfred?

Nikolas: Alfred? Alfred?

Emily: Here you go.

Nikolas: Wait -- what's -- what's wrong?

Emily: I think he's having a heart attack.
