Sonny tells Emily about his plans to build a dock/boathouse and explains that all his free time makes him come up with ideas.
Elizabeth turns to Nikolas for help after arguing with Lucky. Nikolas visits with Sam and stops in at Sonny's to see Emily about some mutual property.
The following transcript is from the Nikolas and Emily scene:
Emily: Are you sure you want to start the project now?
Sonny: Yeah. I mean, you know, there's no time like the present.
Emily: But we'll spend the summer with the grounds torn up.
Sonny: Hey, you know -- no, no, you know what? I anticipate this will be done, finished within a month.
Emily: Okay. Well, in that case, I think we should have a toast.
Sonny: Okay. I will grab a bottle.
Emily: No -- well, wait, wait. I beat you to it.
Sonny: You beat me what?
Emily: Spanish -- from the area where we stayed on our trip. You remember?
Sonny: Oh, that's --
Emily: Mm-hmm, I remembered that you liked it.
Sonny: That's great.
Emily: Yep, it is.
Sonny: Well, you know what? I -- I will cook you a dinner.
Emily: Oh, God.
Sonny: No, no, no. Don't worry about it.
Emily: No, really.
Max: Nikolas Cassadine's here.
Sonny: Did you -- did you call?
Emily: No. No, no, no, no.
Sonny: Did you know he's --
Emily: Um -- Max, could you just show him in, please?
Max: Yeah, sure. Come on in.
Nikolas: Sorry to interrupt.
Sonny: Do you -- you don't have my number?
Nikolas: This will just take a second. Sonny, I need to speak to her in private.
Nikolas: Remember the day we found it?
Emily: Yeah, we were taking an aimless Sunday drive. We saw the property and bought it on the spot with some vague idea of building a weekend cottage on it. Unfortunately, fate had other ideas.
Nikolas: I want you to have it.
Emily: Well, that's very generous, Nikolas, but I don't want it.
Nikolas: Well, I don't want it, either, so what do we do?
Emily: Um -- you can sell it and donate the proceeds to the hospital.
Nikolas: Sure, if that's what you want.
Emily: Okay.
Nikolas: Okay.
Emily: Well, if you have the papers -- um -- I can sign it over to you --
Nikolas: Yeah.
Emily: And then you can handle the sale.
Nikolas: Yeah. Here you go.
Emily: Okay.
Nikolas goes to hand Emily the papers and drops them.
Nikolas: Oh -- sorry.
As they both lean down to get the papers, they bump heads.
Emily: Ow.
Emily laughs.
Emily: Ow.
Sonny walks in and watches Nikolas and Emily.
Nikolas: Sorry. There you go.
Emily: I'm just a little clumsy.
Sonny picks up the wine bottle
Nikolas: Yeah.
Emily laughs.
Emily: Ow.
