After Sonny relives the night that Lily died, he tells Emily not to come back to the house. Later, Emily tells Elizabeth what happened at Jake's and that she thinks he's having a nervous breakdown. They talk about the fact that Jason and Carly were always the ones that got Sonny through this. But she informs Elizabeth that she hasn't called Jason and that she is not going to. Emily wants to try and save Sonny herself, to make sure Jason doesn't keep her away form Sonny. She assures Elizabeth that Sonny would never hurt the people that he loves.
Later, Emily arrives at Greystone to see Sonny and Ric fighting. She tries to calm Sonny down when the phone rings. Alexis leaves a message for Ric about Sam being abducted by Manny.
