Emily and Sonny discuss his mental condition. Emily tries to get Sonny to see his bizarre behavior for what it is but Sonny has an excuse for it all. At the end of the episode, Sonny refers to Emily as 'Lily'.

Nikolas tells Kelly that if he is John's father than he needs to know right away. She tells him that she will put a rush on the test. Later, Robin and Nikolas run into each other and discuss the christening. Nikolas informs him of the offer to be John's godfather, that was rescinded.
