Monica and Emily work to save Sam as Sonny looks on. Monica & Emily update Jason on Sam's condition and give her the antidote that he brought back. Emily tries to comfort Jason when Sam doesn't start to get better. When Sonny stops by, Emily updates him and he tells her to go be with her brother.
Nikolas finds out how John is doing from Elizabeth. She informs him that John is a fighter like his mother. Nikolas, Jax & Elizabeth anxiously wait for Carly to arrive with the antidote. After giving John the antidote, everyone waits around to see if it will work.
