Courtney is unable to be revived and dies. Nikolas is devastated by her death and confronts Jax feeling that Courtney wanted him to know something. Jax refuses to tell Nikolas the truth about the baby. Emily and Sonny arrive to talk to Nikolas but he did not want to talk. Nikolas has a monologue where he tells Courtney all the good she brought to him.
