Emily overhears Sonny talking to Max. He tells her that things are going to get ugly between him and Jason, and that it would be best if she left town. She informs him that she is not going anywhere. Sonny asks her if she is going to be able to see her brother die. Later at the hospital, Emily recieves an invitation to Sonny's surprise brithday party and cries on Elizabeth's shoulder about the things she feels she has set in motion.
