Emily and Jax talk about her divorce from Nikolas and her relationship with Sonny.

Nikolas and Courtney get a second D.N.A. test done on Courtney's baby.

The following transcript is from the Nikolas, Courtney, Emily and Jax and scenes as they pertain to NikE:

Jax: Hello there. You come for a cup of Mike's coffee? It's the best in town.

Emily: Yeah, I suppose so.

Jax: How are things going?

Emily: Oh, well, not the way you hope.

Jax: You could definitely use a cup. Excuse me. Here we go. This will cheer you up. Thanks.

Emily: You know, Jax, I haven't forgotten your little scam of setting me up with Nikolas on our anniversary, and I especially resent you dragging Elizabeth into it.

Jax: Well, Elizabeth, you know, thinks that you and Nikolas are meant to be together.

Emily: Yeah, well, Nikolas and I signed our divorce papers, so it's official. Our marriage is no more.

Jax: Sorry. Courtney and I are still married -- well, at least on paper. You know, I still think that a child deserves to grow up in a two-parent home with two parents who love each other.

Emily: Hey, if you can work something out with Courtney, that's fine. Just leave me out of it.

Emily: Nikolas and I didn't break up because of Courtney.

Jax: Well, she didn't help things.

Emily: Jax, my marriage wasn't working, and neither was yours. Do you really believe that a baby's going to change that?

Jax: If there is a winner, it should be the child, okay, and no one else.

Emily: You need to find a way to be a good parent even if Courtney stays with Nikolas.

Jax: Yeah, well, that's just not the best solution for me.

Emily: But it's reality, Jax. You need to put the baby's needs ahead of your own. You're going to be a father. Start acting like it.

Courtney: Well, that was easier than I thought it would be.

Nikolas: Yeah?

Courtney: You know, I'm sorry that I got cold feet.

Nikolas: No, don't apologize. I mean, it's a difficult choice to take another paternity test.

Courtney: Well, all we have to do now is wait.

Nikolas: Yeah. Just so you know, I plan on calling the lab at least three times a day.

Courtney: Yeah, remember when you didn't even want to be a father?

Nikolas: Yes, I remember. But now just -- I don't know. I mean, can you imagine just having a family with no complications, just me, you, and the baby?

Jax: What was that about the baby?

Nikolas: Great.
