Emily: It's not worth risking what could happen.

Elizabeth: No -- no, no, Lucky, that's a terrible idea. You'd be the first person that Ric and Mac look at if Nikolas just suddenly disappears. You're an officer of the law, Lucky. It's called a career. Don't jeopardize it. You've done plenty for Nikolas. Just let it be enough.
Lucky: It wouldn't be just Nikolas I'd be helping.
Elizabeth: Right. Of course. Emily's involved, too.
Emily: We're not mounting some elaborate scheme to run away. All we want to do is get married, Mac.
Mac: It's my understanding the judge already turned you down.
Emily: He did, but Elizabeth suggested that we come to you.
Mac: I'm flattered, but I'm afraid I don't have as much influence as you might think.
Emily: Maybe you underestimate yourself, Mac. I mean, everyone knows how fair and balanced you are. And if you made a personal appeal to the judge on our behalf, then he might at least consider changing his mind.
