Connor Bishop is also played by Tyler Christopher, who plays Nikolas Cassadine.

Mac: There's a problem with the paperwork.

Lucky: What is it?

Mac: Do you want to tell them, Connor?

Lucky: Connor? Connor -- what are you talking about, Mac?

Mac: I knew something was off when I watched him sign the transfer paperwork. Nikolas is right-handed. Connor signed with his left.

Connor: I can't use my right hand because of the injury.

Mac: I knew you'd say something like that, which is why I checked Nikolas' signature with the billing office. And guess what -- it doesn't match.

Lucky: He just explained why.

Elizabeth: Come on, Nikolas is going to prison for life. Do you really have to harass him?

Mac: Nikolas Cassadine is currently at large, and Connor Bishop has taken his place, which means all of you can be charged with aiding and abetting Nikolas' escape.

Emily: How's your injury?

Nikolas: I feel good all over.

Knock on door.

Emily: Oh, my God. Oh, my God, do you think they found us?

Nikolas: Ok, shh, we have to answer it. We have to answer it. Just -- just a minute.

Officer Martin: Sorry to bother you. My vehicle broke down about a half mile back.

Nikolas: Oh, that's not a bother at all. Come on in.

Officer Martin: Thanks. Well, it looks like we're going to be here for a while. I'm Officer Martin.

Nikolas: Paul Sanders. My wife, Karen.

Emily: Hi. I'll get you something warm to drink.

Officer Martin: Thanks. So, what are you two doing out here?

Nikolas: Well, this cabin belongs to a friend of ours and we, too, had car trouble and just figured we'd wait out the storm. Dispatcher: Attention, all units in the Port Charles vicinity. We've got an A.P.B. on Nikolas Cassadine, convicted murderer who's escaped from General Hospital.

Mug breaks.

Emily: I'm sorry, I can -- I can be so clumsy.

Officer Martin: Something about that dispatch made you nervous. Tell me what.

Emily: You're right. I know something about Nikolas Cassadine, but it's been years since I've seen him.

Officer Martin: What was your relationship?

Emily: I went to a party at his house when I was a teenager. It was this gothic mansion on a private island in the middle of the Port Charles harbor.

Nikolas: Yeah, I remember this -- a friend of ours had a big crush on him, right?

Emily: Yeah.

Nikolas: Yeah.

Emily: He was actually a prince. You know, what girl could resist that?

Nikolas: I remember she was dancing with him that night or something, right?

Emily: Yeah. She was so nervous that she could hardly move.

Officer Martin: When was the last time you saw Nikolas Cassadine?

Nikolas: Ah, it's been -- it's been years, too.

Emily: Yeah, our lives took us in different directions.

Officer Martin: I guess that's good news, considering Cassadine’s a confessed murderer.

Emily: Yeah. So are you going to be able to get your car out soon?

Officer Martin: I'll have to dig. In the meantime, I'll have the station fax me the picture of Cassadine. Maybe I'll spot him on the way in to Port Charles.

Nikolas: Yeah.

Connor: Mac, come on, it's Nikolas. You know me.

Lucky: Mac, you don't think I wouldn't recognize my own brother?

Elizabeth: Do you have any other reason to believe this is Connor Bishop besides a messed-up signature?

Mac: You and Lucky have a history of covering for Nikolas and Emily and vice versa. The hospital is understaffed because of the storm, and you took advantage and changed the bandage on Connor’s wound so the staff wouldn't realize it wasn't made by a bullet.

Elizabeth: Come on, the doctor examined Nikolas himself.

Mac: Then I need to speak with this doctor and find out if he actually saw the wound.

Elizabeth: You know what? If you are Connor, then I'm worried sick about Nikolas because we all know you hate him.

Connor: I don't want any trouble, all right?

Lucky: Connor, you -- what'd you do to my brother? What did you do?

Connor: Back away! Back away, Lucky.

Mac: Don't do it, don't do it, Bishop!

Connor: Back away.

Mac: Don't do it.

Elizabeth: Lucky --

Lucky: It's okay, Elizabeth.

Connor: I'll kill her, I swear to God. I don't even need this gun.

Elizabeth: Oh, God, please don't hurt me. I've got a baby at home!

Lucky: If you want to run, you take me as your shield. Just take me.

Connor: That would be real smart, wouldn't it, since you're a cop?

Mac: It doesn't have to go down like this.

Connor: If you want to see this girl again, don't follow me.

Lucky: Okay, it's okay. It's okay.

Nikolas: The second he gets that fax, he'll be right back in here to bring me in.

Emily: Not if we get away first.

Nikolas: Emily, we're in the middle of a snowstorm. The roads are impassable. There's no --

Emily: We'll have to knock the trooper out.

Nikolas: Knock -- ok, Emily, that's -- yeah, that's assaulting a police officer.

Emily: Nikolas, it's not going to matter. We'll be out of the country. We'll be on the other side of the world.

Nikolas: Are you hearing yourself right now?

Emily: We don't have a choice. I'm not going to let them take you away to prison.

Nikolas: Shh, shh.

Officer Martin: I want you to take a look at this, Mr. Sanders. That is what you said your name was?

Nikolas: Paul.

Officer Martin: It doesn't look good.

Nikolas: Yeah, it's not clear at all. That -- that could be pretty much anybody.

Officer Martin: They'll have a better picture at the station. My dispatcher called, says they need help in the city, especially at the hospitals. I need help digging my car out. Would you give me a hand?

Emily: He can’t. He's -- he's been -- been sick.

Nikolas: That's okay. It's just -- it's just the flu. I can -- I can help you.

Officer Martin: You sure you're up for it?

Nikolas: Yeah, yeah.

Emily: Nikolas -- God, no. I knew you were going to overdo it.

Nikolas: At least that trooper's gone.

Emily: Sit down, sit down.

Nikolas groans.

Emily: Oh -- sit down. Here, let me look. Oh, God -- oh, Nikolas, you're bleeding.

Nikolas: Oh, I know. It reopened when I was digging out that car.

Emily: Okay, let me change the bandage. Here, I'm just going to lift this up. Okay, here we go.

Nikolas groans.

Nikolas: It's not going to take long for the police to realize where I am. I'm surprised Connor didn't give them directions. He did exactly what I predicted he would do. He waited for just the right moment and he bolted. He wanted me to look worse than I already do. Now I'm a fugitive and a killer. I told you this was about revenge.

Emily: We can't be sure Connor double-crossed us, Nikolas. Maybe something else went wrong.

Nikolas: Why are you still defending him?

Mac: Hey.

Lucky: Did you catch Connor?

Mac: No, he slipped out. I can't believe you didn't go after him. He had Elizabeth at gunpoint.

Lucky: I had the hospital sealed off and I had the adjacent streets blocked, too.

Mac: And I changed that A.P.B. on Nikolas to include Connor. I want them both brought in, Lucky!

Lucky: I found these.

Mac: His civilian clothes?

Lucky: Yeah, I thought it might help where he might have taken Elizabeth.

Mac: Did you find anything?

Lucky: Nothing.

Mac: He was forcing Elizabeth out. He was wearing a hospital gown. I can't believe someone didn't see him leave the building.

Lucky: Well, maybe he made it look like Elizabeth was helping him, you know, like a concealed weapon or something.

Mac: Or maybe you hid some clothes for him somewhere to help him escape.

Lucky: My brother and best friend were just taken hostage by a complete psychopath, and you're questioning my loyalty?

Mac: That's exactly what I'm doing, Lucky.

Elizabeth: Lucky?

Lucky: Elizabeth --

Elizabeth: Hey.

Mac: What happened?

Lucky: Are you okay?

Elizabeth: Connor dragged me into the freight elevator.

Lucky: Did he hurt you?

Elizabeth: No, no, he just warned me not to scream.

Mac: Where did you exit the elevator?

Elizabeth: The sub-basement. Connor grabbed some clothes, some janitor clothes from a maintenance locker and then took me to the alley behind the hospital.

Lucky: And he left you there?

Elizabeth: No, no, he dragged me a few blocks, and then he took off.

Mac: Where?

Elizabeth: I don't know!

Mac: No, I mean on what street corner?

Elizabeth: Camden and Elm Street.

Mac: All right, if there's anything else I need to know --

Lucky: Listen, I'll radio you.

Elizabeth: God, Lucky, this is crazy.

Lucky: You were amazing.

Elizabeth: Well, I realized what the two of you were setting up, and it just made sense for Connor to take me hostage.

Lucky: Oh, listen, I had no idea that he was going to pull a gun on you.

Elizabeth: Oh.

Lucky: Are you okay?

Elizabeth: I just hope he gets away.

Lucky: Well, you know what? They're going to find him sooner or later because Camden is right around the corner.

Elizabeth: Yeah -- that's why I told Connor to take West End.

Elizabeth: Can we call Nikolas and Emily; warn them that Mac has put an A.P.B. on him?

Lucky: Listen, the phone lines are down where the cabin is. As soon as the blizzard is over --

Officer Martin: Are you one of the local cops?

Lucky: Is there a problem?

Officer Martin: I just saw a photo of the escaped convict your department has the A.P.B. on.

Lucky: Connor Bishop?

Officer Martin: Nikolas Cassadine. I was stranded up near the border. This guy helped me dig my car out. Turns out he was Cassadine.

Lucky: Well, can you write it down?

Officer Martin: I already did. I was told to come to the hospital and help out, but I wanted to report this.

Lucky: I can take it from here, thanks.

Officer Martin: All right. I hope you catch the guy.

Elizabeth: Oh, God, we're running out of time.

Lucky: We have to get Nikolas and Emily across the border right now.

Emily: I wasn't defending Connor, Nikolas.

Nikolas: You're still going along with his plan, Emily.

Emily: I was desperate to run away with you, Nikolas, and I -- I guess that I hoped that Connor would give us enough time to get across the border to Canada and then we'd be done with him.

Nikolas: As soon as that trooper gets back to the city and sees a clean photo of me, the police will be right back here to bring me in.

Emily: We'll be gone by then.

Nikolas: "Gone"? Look, you said yourself I'm in no shape to run, and I told you the roads are impassable.

Emily: There's an S.U.V. out front, Nikolas! It's four-wheel drive and --

Nikolas: Yes, which is 3/4 of the way buried, and the blizzard is not letting up.

Emily: Look, I would rather take my chances with the snow than risk losing you.

Nikolas: No, there's -- there's too many people involved now.

Emily: Oh, okay.

Nikolas: All right, pretty soon, the police are going to realize that Lucky helped me escape.

Emily: Lucky is the one who worked this whole plan out, Nikolas. He wants you and I to be together.

Nikolas: He's going to lose his badge for it.

Emily: Only if the police prove that Lucky helped you.

Nikolas: And Connor will tell them that.

Emily: You can't be sure. Nikolas, Lucky doesn't want you to give up, and neither do I.

Nikolas: What about your medical career? Huh? You're studying to be a doctor. I don't want you to give up that dream.

Emily: Nikolas -- you're my dream, okay? Nothing matters more than us being together. You're the most important person in the world to me.

Nikolas: I feel the same way about you, too. You know that, but I just --

Emily: Hey, so then you'll go to Canada with me?

Nikolas: No, I can’t. As soon as this storm is over, I'm going back to Port Charles.

Nikolas: The storm is actually kind of beautiful.

Emily: The world's full of miracles. Maybe we'll get one to help keep us together.

Nikolas: I don't need a miracle. I have you and your love and your faith. You're my wife. That's all I ever wanted.
