GH Hot Topic: Emily's Love Life

Curses!
Does someone at GENERAL HOSPITAL really think that in this day and age we want to sit through a storyline about ancient curses? If that's the best thing you can come up with to keep Emily and Nikolas apart, then maybe -- and brace yourselves, this is going to be a revoluntionary idea -- you should let them get together! They already battled cancer, amnesia, maniacs and murder charges. Why not give them a break?

Survivor: Port Charles
It certainly isn't easy making a relationship work in Port Charles, but Emily and Nikolas have proven more than once that they have what it akes. Mad matriachs? No problem! Batty babes? Bring 'em on! Having grown up in the midst of two of daytime's most dysfunctional families, there's no trauma Emily and Nikolas can't defeat as long as they remain side by side.

Give It Up!
Maybe the fates are trying to tell Emily and Nikolas something. Given how badly they treated poor Zander, I, for one, am not particularly inclinded to root for them to have a happy ending. I would much rather see Emily paired up with Lucky, who hasn't had a decent love interest in years. In fact, if you were to then put Nikolas with Elizabeth, things could get interesting, especially when Liz and Lucky finally rediscover the love they had so long ago!

Love's Last Stand
Emily and Nikolas are a perfect couple. Wouldn't it be nice if there was at least one pair of GH lovers who weren't constantly in danger? It's time for someone in Port Charles to fina little happiness!
