As Emily lies on the brink of death, she and Zander say "I do" in a bedside ceremony this week on GH.

"She really believes she's going to be dying within the next few minutes, if not the next few seconeds," previews Natalia Livingston (Emily). "Elizabeth, Lucky and Gia are there and she says her last goodbyes to them, tells them how much she loves them and how grateful she is for everything they've done for her."

Emily then turns to her two loves, Nikolas and Zander. "She takes one last look at Nikolas and realizes how much she loves him," continues Livingston. "but then she looks back at Zander, and she wants to give him one last gift to prove to him how much she loves him"

But Em barely makes it through the ceremony. "She's feeling so weak and tired that she can barely even speak or see the man she's marrying in front of her," reveals Livingstion. "At that point she slips into a coma. She has a dream that she's a bride with a veil on her face and she's surrounded bu light. The light is getting dimmer and dimmer and her parents are there and they're crying. She's leaving the world."

But then her very own Prince Charming saves the day. "All of a sudden Nikolas appears in her dream and he kisses her (just as he kisses her in real life) and she wakes up. His kiss brings her back to life."

And back to being married to Zander. "She loves both of them very much," sighs Livingston. "But I think she's more in love with Nikolas. He's the one she dreams about, who gives her goosebumps.
