That the door has been left slightly ajar for a future return by "dead" Stefan is good news to Tyler Christopher (Nikolas), who was left unsatisfied by this last abbreviated round of Cassadine interaction.

The In Depth Story: When asked about GH uncled Stephen Nichols' recent storyline-dictated exit, Christopher says, "Yes, it was sad to see him go, but since we never were given the chance to connect on screen, the good-bye was a little less emotional than it was the last time" - when Christopher was the one heading out the door.

As such, Christopher hopes that another family reunion awaits somewhere on the horizon, if GH decides to bring back Stefan in a longer-term capacity.

But not knowing what the future brings, the actors says that he and Nichols did their very best with the send-off that was written. "In those last few moments we had together, we tried to put something in there," he shares.
